Yes — it's one of the most family-friendly day trips from Marrakech. The Berber village is flat and easy, and the river area is safe. The waterfall hike is optional and can be skipped for younger children.
Monday is especially recommended to see the Tnine souk (weekly Berber market). However, the valley is beautiful any day of the week and is less crowded mid-week.
The hike to the first waterfall takes about 30–40 minutes on a rocky but manageable path. Wear sturdy shoes. Going beyond the first fall requires crossing stepping stones and is more adventurous (but very rewarding).
