Day 1
Agadir → Essaouira
Pick-up from your Agadir hotel. Coastal drive north. Guided walk through Essaouira UNESCO medina — ramparts, Scala fort, fishing harbour and argan cooperatives. Overnight in a medina riad.
Day 2
Essaouira → Marrakech
Free morning in Essaouira. Drive to Marrakech (2.5h). Afternoon at Djemaa el-Fna and the souks. Overnight in a Marrakech riad.
Day 3
Full Guided Marrakech Day
Expert-guided: Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Majorelle Garden, Mellah and the souks. Evening free. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 4
Marrakech → Ait Benhaddou → Dades Valley
Over Tichka Pass. Guided Ait Benhaddou UNESCO kasbah (Game of Thrones, Gladiator). Ouarzazate film studios. Skoura palm oasis. Overnight in a Dades Valley lodge.
Day 5
Dades → Todra Gorge → Merzouga
Todra Gorge (300m walls). Valley of Roses, Qalaat M'Gouna. Drive to Merzouga. Sunset camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Berber dinner and music at luxury camp. 1st Sahara night.
Day 6
Full Sahara Day — Merzouga
5am sunrise from the highest dune. Berber breakfast. Sandboarding, 4×4 dune excursion, nomad family visit, Berber music session. Afternoon at leisure. 2nd night under the Milky Way.
Day 7
Merzouga → Ziz Valley → Fes
Sunrise camel ride. Drive north through the Ziz Gorge and Tafilalt oasis via Midelt and the Middle Atlas cedar forests. Arrive Fes by late afternoon. Overnight in a Fes riad.
Day 8
Full Guided Fes Medina Day
Expert-guided Fes: Al-Qarawiyyin mosque (world's oldest university, 859 AD), the Bou Inania madrasa, Chouara tanneries, Andalusian quarter and the spice and craft souks. Evening free. End of tour in Fes.
